Thriving Community

Shadowlawn Lakeshore Corporation is a highly successful, community-governed lakefront association.  This is made possible by a long history of shared community goals and a sense of great pride in maintaining the shared waterfront.

Lakeview Circle is a welcoming, family-friendly neighborhood.  Our residents enjoy gathering at the lakefront throughout the warmer months to take advantage of all that Skaneateles Lake has to offer. Children swim and play together on the sandy beach, making lasting friendships and life-long memories. Boating, swimming and relaxed evening cocktails on the dock are a regular part of life.  

Many of the 40 members of of Shadowlawn Lake Shore Corporation live year round on the Circle.  Since being established on the grounds of Hazelhurst in 1950, nearly 200 families have contributed to the success of our homeowner's association, helping to establish it as a model in the community for successful governance.  About 25% of homeowners moved to the Circle in the past 5 years, and about 25% have called the Circle home for 30 years or more. Our shared appreciation of community living with exclusive access to the largest private beachfront in the Village, makes Lakeview Circle one of the most sought after real estate locations in all of Skaneateles.
