Lakeview Circle has been scheduled for utility easement maintenance this fiscal year.  Please use the link below for more information from the Village.  Work is scheduled to commence March 2, 2023 weather permitting..  

 

 

Feeding Deer

A reminder to all neighbors with regards to the feeding of wild deer:  

 

The Village Codes Enforcement Office has once again brought  to our attention the DEC regulations surrounding feeding wild deer.  The office has requested that everyone become familiar with the NY State DEC policy which states that it is illegal. 

 

Many of us enjoy watching these animals as they move throughout our area, but it is important that we respect that they are wild and not encourage their presence. They can damage trees and vegetation as well as spread ticks, which is a leading cause of lyme disease. Any questions or concerns can be directed to the Codes Enforcement Office or by contacting the DEC.  

 

 

LVC Boat Rack

 

Please check on any watercraft you have located in the community boat rack. We have had several days of high winds and the other day there was a pink kayak that ended up in Curt Feldman’s front yard and a green canoe that impeded traffic by landing in the middle of the road in front of Nutting’s.

With the increase in the number and severity of these wind events in recent years, it may be helpful to tie or tether your watercraft to the rack during the off season.
